In Action

Each 1L carton can make around 20 servings of ice cream rolls.

Storage: (instructions also on box)
You will need to refrigerate the mix 12 hours before using on the ice roll plate for longer ice roll making. Once opened store within fridge and consume within 2-3 days. Do not freeze.

Ingredients:
Water, skim MILK powder, sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, dried glucose syrup, emulsifier (mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids E471), stabilizer (cellulose gum E466, guar gum E412, carrageenan E407), vanilla flavour, colour (E160b).

These cartons are individually wrapped 1litre cartons and do not require storage in the fridge until opened. Happy Rolling. Our ice cream mix is gluten-free, nut-free and alcohol-free.

I was sceptical after reading mixed reviews, but decided to Buy it as a present for my 12 year old daughter. It does take a few attempts to master the rolls but now my daughter is a pro and loves it. Definitely worth it she has so much fun trying new recipes and the ice cream is delicious too. I have found -24•freezer setting works perfectly.

It works so well and the mix tastes really good! One thing I did realise though, is that you need to turn your freezer to max otherwise it won’t roll properly! Would recommend :)
