Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the Pan-n-Ice Masterclass. By participating in the masterclass, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions:
Enrollment and Confirmation:

a. To enroll in the Pan-n-Ice Masterclass, you must be at least 18 years old or if you are under 18 have the consent of a legal guardian.
b. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the masterclass.
c. The masterclass is subject to availability, and enrollment may be limited.
d. An adult is classified as anyone over 18 years old and should purchase an adult ticket. Children are classified as anything under 18 years old and will be permitted on a child's ticket.

Participation and Conduct:

a. Participants are expected to arrive on time for the masterclass sessions.
b. Participants are required to follow all instructions given by the instructor and adhere to proper safety practices.
c. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards the instructor or other participants may result in immediate expulsion from the masterclass without refund.

Health and Safety:

a. Participants must inform the instructor of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the masterclass.
b. While all reasonable precautions are taken, participants acknowledge that the masterclass involves working with food and cooking equipment, and they participate at their own risk.
c. The organizer and instructor will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or as a result of the masterclass.

Intellectual Property:

a. All recipes, techniques, and materials shared during the masterclass are the intellectual property of the instructor or their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws.
b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any of the masterclass content without prior written consent from the instructor.

Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Participants may request a cancellation of their enrollment in the masterclass, subject to the following conditions: i. Refund requests made more than 14 days before the masterclass start date will be eligible for a full refund. ii. Refund requests made within 7-14 days before the masterclass start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. iii. Refund requests made within 7 days of the masterclass start date will not be eligible for a refund.
b. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to a future masterclass or receive a full refund.

Photography and Media:

a. The organizer may take photographs or videos during the masterclass for promotional purposes. By participating in the masterclass, participants grant the organizer the right to use their likeness in such materials.
b. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or featured in promotional materials should inform the organizer in writing before the masterclass.

Amendments:

a. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the masterclass schedule, content, or terms and conditions. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the masterclass or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
By enrolling in the Pan-n-Ice Masterclass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
