On the day
 

Please arrive on time to your session and follow all health and safety instructions as given by the team. We may not be able to accommodate the whole 45 mins long session if you arrive late to your slot. We may make changes to the schedule, content, or terms and will notify you of significant updates. Recipes, techniques, and materials are for your personal use only. Please don’t share or reproduce them without permission. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session. We’re committed to creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for all participants. To ensure everyone has the best experience, we kindly ask that all participants follow these guidelines:

• Listening and Following Instructions: Participants must listen carefully to the instructor and follow their guidance throughout the session.
• Respect for Others: participants are expected to treat peers, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect. Any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Handling Equipment: Participants must use all equipment, tools, and materials as directed. Unsafe use of materials may result in temporary removal from activities for safety reasons.
• Equipment and Materials At Pan-n-Ice, we use professional equipment and fresh ingredients to create our signature rolled ice cream. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines:
• Do not touch the freezing plate directly with your hands, as it can cause cold burns.
• Use only the provided scrapers and tongs to handle ice cream on the plate.
• Always hold scrapers by the handle and avoid swinging or misusing them.
• Keep all utensils on the workstation when not in use.
• Wash hands before and after handling ingredients or equipment.
• Handle all food items with clean hands or gloves provided by us.
• Follow instructor guidance for portioning and combining ingredients.
• Dispose of gloves properly after use.
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
   

Damages Participants may be held liable for intentional damage caused by misuse of equipment. Accidents: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, participants acknowledge that they are handling equipment at their own risk under close supervision. Photography and Media We may take photos or videos during the class to share the fun! Photography By joining, you agree to be featured unless you let us know in writing beforehand. Media captured by us during the session will be used solely for promotional purposes by Pan-n-Ice and stored securely in accordance with data protection laws. Participants may request removal from specific media by contacting us. Feel free to take your own pictures; when it comes to the team, please only film their hands and pans where possible. Cancellations Cancellations can be made up to 48hrs prior to your booking – please email retail@pan-n-ice.co.uk. A change of date request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations prior to 48hrs before your booking and the full amount will be refunded; anything after this will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Pan-n-Ice reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, emergencies, or equipment failure. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or refunds. Allergies All allergies must be declared at the time of booking. Participation is at your own risk, and the team will take all reasonable safety precautions. Booking is not recommended if anyone has any serious allergies. Accessibility We are committed to making our masterclasses accessible to all. However, some of our parlours are not wheelchair accessible. Please inform us of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
