How to Use

Firing up your Pan-n-Ice DIY kit is as easy as pie...or, well, ice cream. Simply follow these steps:
  • Put your DIY pan upside down in your freezer for at least 24 hours before use 
  • Place your filling of choice onto the pan and then add 50 ml of our ice cream mix on top.
  • Chop and mix all the ingredients together on the pan
  • Once combined use the scrapers to flatten the mix across the pan 
  • Wait until the mix has begun to harder and then use the scrapers to roll your own ice cream rolls 
  • Place the ice cream rolls into your Pan-n-Ice cups and enjoy!




Henry's Favourite Recipe

Ever wondered what our founder Henry, whips up with our DIY kit? His favourite recipe; “Pan-n-nice” and here's how to recreate it:
  • Place brownie and caramel sauce onto the pan and then add ice cream mix 
  • Chop and mix all together 
  • Freeze, scrape, roll, and finish with chocolate sauce, and a second helping of brownie and caramel. Because, why not?

Top Tips

Keen on taking your Pan-n-Ice DIY experience up a notch? Here are some pro tips:
  • Leave the pan upside down in your freezer and mix-ins in the fridge for 24-hours before using to make sure it is ready for rolling
  • Chill and Spill: Wait for the pan to get ultra-frosty before pouring your mixture. Remember, good ice cream comes to those who wait!
  • Unleash Your Creativity: Don't hesitate to experiment with different mix-ins. You make the rules in your ice cream kingdom!
