3 ways to customise your event truck

Make the vehicle, the serving details and the guest experience work as one. Here is what to brief, and what to agree before production starts.

1. Make the exterior work for the setting

A wrap should work with the venue and vehicle, not just look good on an artwork file. Our in-house team can develop the graphics around your campaign.

  • Arrival view: which side faces guests as they approach?
  • Serving point: where should the menu or campaign message sit?
  • Photo angle: which surfaces need to read clearly in pictures?
  • Brand essentials: confirm logos, colours and required wording.

Send site photographs and brand guidelines. Agree the vehicle and artwork templates before final design.

3. Plan the moment around the vehicle

A setting, not just a logo placement

At Amazon Ads and Twitch's MadFest event, branding continued beyond the truck into the surrounding decorations.

  • Show guests where to queue and collect.
  • Keep the serving point and venue access clear.
  • Choose the next action: sample, speak to an ambassador or take a photo.
  • Make the surrounding production support that interaction.

Turn a vague idea into a useful brief

Example: a morning coffee launch

Instead of "we need a branded coffee truck", give us the details that shape the proposal:

  • Audience: who is attending and why?
  • Demand: total guests and the busiest arrival window.
  • Creative: vehicle graphics, cup branding and any bespoke drink.
  • Site: postcode, access route, utilities and venue contact.

This is a planning example, not a fixed package. Compare the vehicle formats before narrowing the brief.

Before you brief your event

Can you design the branding?

Yes. Share your guidelines, creative references and required wording. We can develop the graphics in-house and agree artwork requirements for the chosen setup.

Should we choose the vehicle or the menu first?

Start with the guest experience, then consider the vehicle and menu together. The site, equipment and serving plan affect what is suitable.

How do we plan for a busy arrival period?

Share the peak arrival window as well as total headcount. Menu, service duration and staffing should be considered together, with space for guests to wait.
